DescriptionThis person will responsible for the management and execution of the IV&V program covering mid-size to large projects, including high-risk projects.
<> Oversees all aspects of projects
<> Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project
<> Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
<> Regularly meets with client management and responsible for reporting IV&V findings and status to client management.
<> Reports to the IV&V Program Manager
Minimum Education and Experience:
. PM education and Experience
. Bachelors Degree in an IT area and 6 plus years experience or Associate Degree and 8 plus years experience. In lieu of a degree we will consider 10 plus years of direct experience.
. IV&V experience: Senior level experience in planning, collection, analysis, documentation and presentation of quality and risk data associated with large scale business systems application implementation project.
Preferred Background:
<> PeopleSoft
<> Familiar with a variety of fields concepts, practices and procedures associated with managing projects.
<> Performs a variety of management tasks to deliver IV&V work on time, within cost and with planned quality and functionality.
<> Leads and directs work of others, include team leads. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Must haves:
<> PMP certification
<> Quality Assurance experience (CMMI, ISO, 9001/9002) not just testing.
<> Please provide examples of IV&V task performed and level performed.
<> ERP experience preferable SAP
<> US citizenship is required
<> Must have or be able to obtain DOD (Department of Defense) SECRET clearance
<> Demonstrated MIS and or IT Experience
