- Advise leadership on complex accounting transactions and decision.
- Assist and approve on review of quarterly transactions.
- Manage complex client contracts by working with client-aligned leadership to determine appropriate timelines for milestones and obtaining correct documentation for billing and revenue.
- Assist with corporate and statutory audit deliverables as it relates to contract revenue.
- Ensure compliance with Federal contract regulations, as applicable to each contract.
- Assist with negotiations on contracts and amendments
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis for Finance and regional leadership
- Actively participate in monthly and quarterly close activities including monthly reconciliations of all revenue, and deferred revenue accounts
