Want to work for an established company that provides many opportunities and significant professional growth?  Want to be a part of a cutting edge and technology driven firm?  Our client is seeking an individual with program management skills and 10 years of experience in US Intelligence Community and DoD analysis programs - such as GEOINT, open source, all-source, and operationally focused intelligence programs - to serve as a member of our leadership team in the role of Manager of US Government Programs.

This position reports directly to the company senior leadership and responsibilities include business development and proposal contributions to expand the company’s US government business portfolio, serving as the primary interface for day-to-day client interactions, maintaining a thorough understanding of client needs and priorities, working with company leadership to manage recruitment efforts, and providing oversight and management of teams of analysts working on various client sites in the DC metro area. The position requires regular travel between government facilities in the DC Metro area and our client's corporate office in Arlington, Virginia. Some short-duration CONUS travel may be required.

Required Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI Clearance with current Lifestyle Polygraph
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of relevant Intelligence Community/DoD analysis-related experience, preferably with a majority of that time spent supporting a National intelligence agency; advanced degrees may be considered as additional experience, if relevant
  • Program Management experience (PMP not required, but will be given weight in candidate selection)
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple government analytical contracts (products and services)
  • Understanding of the US Government contracting and proposal process; develop technical solutions and staff plans
  • Ability to advise company leadership on business development opportunities, and to pursue those opportunities through direct interaction with government officials or through partnerships with industry, as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of GEOINT analysis and production (experience with Human Geography and socio-cultural analysis a plus)
  • Basic understanding of targeting mission
  • Basic program resource/financial execution experience
