Job Description
A leader in their sector of the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry. This division has over 200 million in sales and the parent company was ranked as one of the best managed companies in the United States. They have grown to approximately 900 employees at this location in the last 4 years.

Position requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience and ability to evaluate and capture new/emerging business opportunities. This includes identifying forwarding looking, strategic initiatives for access to new markets. Requires ability to leverage existing programs, commercial applications and the use of Research and Development to establish new products and service capabilities. Candidate must have a demonstrated ability to successfully forecast, identify, and support the capture of new programs, explore strategic alliances and identify teams for targeted initiatives. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated oral and written capabilities, broad experience with DOD programs, firm grasp of underlying technologies, and strong computer skills to include proficiency in MS Office suite.


Successful candidates MUST:

Have ability to define and execute our marketing strategy
Have a solid understanding of tactical and strategic aspects of marketing EMS solutions
Have a good mix of business and technical savvy
Have a successful track record in Aerospace/Defense Industry Business Development with established relationships in that arena.
Possess a minimum of a BS in Engineering or Technical degree required.
Be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
