Job Description:
-The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the FAR/DFARS as well as a solid understanding of DOD/GSA contracting methods, have experience in working on proposals for U.S. Government requirements
-Hands-on experience in pricing both cost and fixed price type contracts
-Familiarity with the U.S. Government proposal review processes

Responsibilities:
Ability to interact daily with executives, program managers, government personnel, prime contractors, and subcontractors on a variety of government contract issues.
Administer complex contractual/proposal activities for predominantly DOD contracts.
Identify and resolve contract/proposal issues, bid strategy, risk areas, and implications of emerging contractual issues.
Draft agreements, such as teaming agreements, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and contracts.
Reviewing contracts, modifications, bids, and invoices for content and accuracy;
Support contract inspections and audits.
Manage accurate contractual documentation in the contracts database.

Education/Certification:
-The ideal candidate will have 7 to 15 years of experience with Department of Defense Contracting either in the Government or Private industry.
- BS/BA Degree in an associated discipline.
-Candidates must be able to meet the eligibility requirements for obtaining a US security clearance.
-Certification (CFCM, CPCM, CPP, CPPO or CPPM) preferred
